Watch our CEO talking about the missing link in trend identificationPosted on Tuesday, July 28 2020 at 10:19 am GMT+0000
In every book that you read about technical analysis everyone mentions how important trend identification and its reversals are and that a trend is made up of higher tops and higher bottoms a head and shoulders of a left shoulder a right shoulder and a head and so on. In order however to be able to do all that you need to know how to identify the correct tops and bottoms. However, in no book that I have read do they actually explain how to find the tops and the bottoms leaving the identification of trends and their reversals to the subjectivity of the trader / analyst. This got me thinking – But then how can I have an objective method based on Technical analysis? It was a long Journey into Dow, Gann and Elliot theories until I finally deciphered how to mechanically consistently and objectively identify the tops and the bottoms, and this is what I will share with you in this session.
