TASI Technical Overview

Although the long term outlook remains Bullish, trend indicators point towards weakness in the uptrend. The recent breakout below the 6850 previous medium term support has signaled more weakness and increased odds for a retest of the 6710 March low. Hence long term traders continue to remain neutral while waiting to see whether the 6710 will be able to contain the correction. Any break below that level will further weaken the long term structure and postpone any immediate Bullish scenarios.
